We will need to schedule one face to face meeting with all of you. This will be a paid meeting held from 4:30-5:30 at the Hayward Computer Lab on one the days below (TBD). Please write your name next to NO: if you are NOT able to attend a face to face meeting on that date. If your name does not appear next to a date, it is assumed that you are able to attend the meeting if scheduled that day. A final decision on a meeting date will be made based on the information below. The meeting date will be set by the end of the day Friday, December 7th.
